RETURN POLICY

Overview At Mahone’s Wallpaper Shop, we work hard to make returns as straightforward and transparent as possible. We know return policies can often feel confusing or restrictive, so our goal is to keep the process clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Our Recommendation We strongly recommend ordering an extra double roll or spool of the pattern you choose. This ensures you have matching product (same dye lot/run number) on hand if you need additional material later or for future repairs.

Standard Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only on uncut, unopened products in their original factory packaging.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• A restocking fee of 25%–35% (depending on the manufacturer) will be deducted from the refund.
• Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• All sales become final after 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please upload a clear photo through our Return Form so we can resolve it quickly. Damaged goods must be reported within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement or refund.

Manufacturer-Specific Policies Return eligibility varies by manufacturer. We will confirm the applicable policy with the manufacturer for each return request. Key notes:

• No returns (unless damaged): Cole & Son, Osborne & Little, Designers Guild, Nina Campbell, Kravet, Phillip Jeffries, Ralph Lauren, Scalamandré, Quadrille, Sandberg
• Brewster Home Fashions: 25% restocking fee
• Greenhouse: Returns accepted only on 5 yards or more
• Schumacher: Minimum of 6 yards or 6 rolls (Ship Direct products are non-returnable unless damaged)
• York: Minimum of 2 rolls
• Magnolia: Minimum of 8 yards
• All fabric: Final sale and non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect
• Discontinued products: No returns unless damaged
• Samples: Non-refundable

Exchanges If a manufacturer approves an exchange, you will be charged in full for the replacement item. A refund for the original order will be issued only after the returned merchandise is received and approved by the manufacturer. Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of receiving a return label. Restocking and shipping fees may apply.

Important – Return Authorization Required You must obtain a Return Authorization (Confirmation Number) and the correct return address from Mahone’s Wallpaper Shop before shipping anything back.

Include your order number, name, and the specific products/quantities being returned. Do not ship products without authorization and return instructions.

All returns must be coordinated through Mahone’s Wallpaper Shop — not the manufacturer directly.
